🥚 Creamy Frittata with Roasted Garlic and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 6 Stück Large organic eggs
- 150 g Fresh goat cheese spread
- 2 Stück Bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 4 Stück Garlic cloves
- 1 TL Dried oregano
- 2 EL Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- 2. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into thin strips.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press.
- 4. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, add the goat cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper, and beat everything well until a smooth mixture forms.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet (approx. 20 cm in diameter) over medium heat.
- 6. Sauté the pepper strips and garlic for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- 7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the vegetables in the pan.
- 8. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the frittata for 15 to 20 minutes until the top is set and golden brown.
- 9. Remove the pan from the oven, let the frittata cool for 5 minutes, and cut it into 4 equal pieces.
