  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  2. 2. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into thin strips.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press.
  4. 4. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, add the goat cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper, and beat everything well until a smooth mixture forms.
  5. 5. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet (approx. 20 cm in diameter) over medium heat.
  6. 6. Sauté the pepper strips and garlic for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  7. 7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the vegetables in the pan.
  8. 8. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the frittata for 15 to 20 minutes until the top is set and golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove the pan from the oven, let the frittata cool for 5 minutes, and cut it into 4 equal pieces.
