Ingredients
- 320 g Penne pasta
- 250 g Ricotta (full fat)
- 50 g Parmesan (grated)
- 30 g Basil (fresh)
- 2 Zehen Garlic (mashed)
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the water for the pasta in a large pot. Add the salt and cook the penne al dente.
- 2. Mix the ricotta, grated parmesan, mashed garlic, and olive oil in a bowl to form a smooth sauce.
- 3. Fold the grated basil into the warm pasta and ricotta sauce. Season with black pepper to taste.
