  1. 1. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Toast the rolls for 5 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven (timer=5).
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the quark, mascarpone, juice of half the lemon, finely chopped basil, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth cream.
  4. 4. Take the rolls out of the oven and spread the cream thickly on the cut side.
  5. 5. Drizzle some olive oil on the bruschetta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. 6. Serve the bruschetta immediately while warm.
