🥖 Creamy Ricotta Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Ciabatta rolls
- 150 g Low-fat quark
- 50 g Mascarpone
- 1 Stück Lemon
- 15 g Fresh basil leaves
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
- 2. Toast the rolls for 5 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven (timer=5).
- 3. In a bowl, mix the quark, mascarpone, juice of half the lemon, finely chopped basil, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth cream.
- 4. Take the rolls out of the oven and spread the cream thickly on the cut side.
- 5. Drizzle some olive oil on the bruschetta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- 6. Serve the bruschetta immediately while warm.
