🥔 Classic Potato Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 200 g Tuna (in own juice)
- 100 ml Mayonnaise (mild)
- 1 Stk Cucumber (small)
- 1 Stk Cucumber (small)
- 50 g Olives (black)
- 1 Stk Onion (red)
- 15 g Mustard (medium)
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Boil them in salted water with the skin until tender (approx. 20 minutes). Let them cool and then peel them. Cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Boil the eggs in a pot with water until hard-boiled (approx. 9 minutes). Let them cool, peel them, and chop them roughly.
- 3. Wash the salad cucumber and the cucumber, cut them into small cubes and salt them lightly. Let the water drain for 5 minutes.
- 4. Finely chop the red onion. Slice the black olives into rings.
- 5. Open the tin of tuna, drain the water, and break the tuna into large pieces.
- 6. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 7. Gently fold all ingredients (potatoes, eggs, vegetables, tuna, olives) into the bowl with the sauce.
