Ingredients
- 400g Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 600ml Vegetable Broth
- 150ml Cream
- Frisch Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a large pot.
- 2. Add potatoes and carrots, sauté briefly.
- 3. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4. Blend everything to the desired consistency.
- 5. Stir in cream and parsley at the end.
