  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Place the whole potatoes in a pot with cold water and a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes in the skin for 15 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Remove the potatoes from the water and let them cool for 10 minutes until you can peel them.
  4. 4. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into small cubes (approx. 1 cm).
  5. 5. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and smoked paprika powder into a smooth sauce.
  6. 6. Add the potato cubes to the sauce and gently fold them in to avoid breaking them.
  7. 7. Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle them over the salad. Serve the dish cold.
