🍝 Creamy Pomodoro Pasta with Fresh Basil

Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 500 ml Passata (cooked tomato puree)
- 125 g Mozzarella ball
- 1 Bund Fresh basil
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water with plenty of salt. Add the spaghetti and cook al dente.
- 2. In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and fry it in the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- 3. Pour the passata into the pan. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar to balance the acidity. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Crush the mozzarella ball with your hands into small pieces and stir them into the hot sauce until it melts.
- 5. Remove the pasta, lift it directly into the sauce and mix everything well. Now stir in the torn basil leaves.
