🌶️ Creamy Piquillo Peppers

Ingredients
- 500 g Piquillo peppers (jarred)
- 250 g Feta cheese
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 50 g Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 Bund Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the piquillo peppers under cold water and pat them dry.
- 2. Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl with a fork.
- 3. Mix the feta with the olive oil, chopped parsley, and walnuts.
- 4. Fill the pepper bodies with the feta mixture.
- 5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
