🍤 Creamy Pesto Shrimp Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti pasta
- 300 g Fresh shrimp (peeled)
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 80 ml Pesto Genovese (basil pesto)
- 150 g Cubed bacon
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Fry the bacon cubes in a large pot or pan over medium heat until crispy.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes until soft, without browning.
- 3. Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente (firm to the bite), according to package instructions.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat. Stir the pesto and Parmesan into the bacon-onion mixture.
- 5. Place the shrimp in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- 6. Mix the drained spaghetti with the sauce and shrimp. Season with pepper to taste.
