  3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk the pesto, cream cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  4. 4. Add the drained pasta to the bowl with the sauce and mix well. Add a little pasta water as needed to keep the sauce creamy.
  5. 5. Set aside the arugula and parmesan for serving.
  6. 6. Serve the pasta on plates, top with arugula and sprinkle with parmesan.
