🍄 Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients
- 320 g Penne Pasta
- 400 g Cremini Mushrooms
- 200 ml Heavy Cream (min. 20% fat)
- 3 Stück Garlic Cloves
- 40 g Parmesan (grated)
- 30 g Butter
- 15 g Fresh Parsley
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the mushrooms in the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
- 2. Boil the penne in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Save half a cup (120 ml) of the pasta water.
- 3. Sauté the finely chopped garlic in the same pan for one minute until fragrant.
- 4. Pour the cream into the pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted.
- 5. Add the mushrooms and drained pasta to the pan. Toss everything well and thin the sauce if necessary with the reserved pasta water.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top and serve the dish immediately.
