🍝 Creamy Pasta Alfredo with Chicken

Ingredients
- 320 g Penne Pasta
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 250 ml Cream (at least 20% fat)
- 80 g Parmesan, grated
- 30 g Butter
- 2 Stück Garlic clove
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Fry the diced chicken breast in the butter in a large pan until golden brown. Remove the meat and set aside.
- 2. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente. Reserve 100 ml of the pasta water.
- 3. Fry the chopped garlic in the same pan for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Pour the cream into the pan and let it simmer slightly. Stir in the Parmesan until melted.
- 5. Add the pasta and chicken to the sauce. Mix everything well. Add some pasta water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
