🍳 Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 50 g Fresh spinach
- 20 g Butter
- 1 kleine Onion
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter. Sauté the onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes until soft. Add the spinach and wilt it for 1 minute. Remove the mixture from the pan and set aside.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper vigorously until a homogeneous mixture forms.
- 4. Add a little butter to the hot pan and pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until the egg mixture starts to set.
- 5. Spread the mushroom-spinach mixture over one half of the omelette. Fold the other half over it. Let the omelette set for 1 minute before removing from the heat and serving immediately.
