🍄 Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Thyme

Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 Stk Garlic cloves
- 200 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 40 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 Bund Fresh thyme
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente.
- 2. Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown over medium heat.
- 4. Add the onions and garlic and sauté them for 2 minutes until soft.
- 5. Pour the cream into the pan and let the sauce simmer gently for 3 minutes.
- 6. Add the grated parmesan and thyme leaves. Stir until the cheese has melted.
- 7. Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the sauce.
- 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve the dish immediately.
