🍝 Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Sage

Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Cremini Mushrooms
- 150 g Double Cream Cheese
- 10 Stück Fresh Sage Leaves
- 2 Stück Garlic Cloves
- 40 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot with salt and cook the spaghetti al dente.
- 2. Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
- 3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan and brown the mushrooms over medium heat.
- 4. Press the garlic and add it along with the sage leaves to the pan.
- 5. Mix the cream cheese with a splash of pasta water until a creamy sauce forms, then add it to the pan.
- 6. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the grated Parmesan.
