🍳 Creamy Mushroom Omelette with Chives

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 20 g Butter
- 15 g Chives
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- 2. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper, and beat them lightly.
- 4. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 5. Fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes until soft.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms and stir gently until the egg sets.
- 7. Fold the omelette in half, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.
