🍋 Creamy Lemon Crostata

Ingredients
- 250 g Sweet pastry dough (frozen, thawed)
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- 2 EL Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Stk Lemon zest
- 1 Stk Egg large
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Roll out the sweet pastry dough on a floured surface into a thin layer.
- 3. Place the dough in a springform pan (20 cm) and prick the bottom several times with a fork.
- 4. Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, lemon juice, zest, and egg in a bowl until smooth.
- 5. Pour the cream into the dough and smooth it out.
- 6. Bake the tart for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Let the tart cool completely in the pan before removing it from the mold.
