🍝 Creamy Gnocchi Tomato Bowl

Ingredients
- 500 g Gnocchi (potato)
- 150 g Onions
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 400 g Passated tomatoes (tomato puree)
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 40 g Parmesan (grated)
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Basil (fresh)
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Cook the gnocchi in salted water al dente (approx. 3 minutes after package instructions, they usually float to the top). Drain them.
- 2. Dice the onions finely and chop the garlic. Sweat both in olive oil in a large pan until translucent.
- 3. Pour the passated tomatoes into the pan. Add the cream and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Mix the drained gnocchi with the tomato cream sauce. Fold in the grated Parmesan.
- 5. Season with salt and chili flakes to taste.
- 6. Portion the mixture into 4 containers. Crush the fresh basil and sprinkle it on top before closing the lids.
