  1. 1. Cook the gnocchi in salted water al dente (approx. 3 minutes after package instructions, they usually float to the top). Drain them.
  2. 2. Dice the onions finely and chop the garlic. Sweat both in olive oil in a large pan until translucent.
  3. 3. Pour the passated tomatoes into the pan. Add the cream and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Mix the drained gnocchi with the tomato cream sauce. Fold in the grated Parmesan.
  5. 5. Season with salt and chili flakes to taste.
  6. 6. Portion the mixture into 4 containers. Crush the fresh basil and sprinkle it on top before closing the lids.
