🍝 Creamy Garlic Tomato Pasta with Chili Flakes

Ingredients
- 320 g Penne
- 400 g Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Red chili flakes
- 10 g Salt
- 10 g Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot for the pasta. Add the salt and cook the penne al dente.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Fry the garlic in the pan for 1 minute until aromatic. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and chili flakes.
- 4. Let the tomatoes simmer for 3 minutes until soft. Stir in the cream and let it bubble gently for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the drained pasta to the pan. Stir in the Parmesan until melted. Season with pepper if needed.
- 6. Chop the basil and mix it with the pasta. Serve immediately on four plates.
