🧀 Creamy Garlic Minced Meat Tomatoes with Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 400 g Minced meat (beef)
- 400 g Tomatoes (canned, chopped)
- 250 g Mozzarella (balls)
- 3 Zehen Garlic (chopped)
- 100 ml Cream (full fat)
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 10 Blatter Basil (fresh)
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and set aside.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the minced meat and fry, breaking it up, until browned (approx. 5 minutes).
- 3. Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the tomatoes and cream. Stir and add salt and pepper.
- 4. Place the mozzarella halves on top of the sauce. Place the skillet under the grill (or in the oven) and cook for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- 5. Remove the skillet from the oven. Tear the fresh basil with your hands over the dish and serve the meal directly from the skillet.
