🦐 Creamy Garlic Shrimp with Parsley Oil

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimp (peeled, raw)
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 6 Stk Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- 20 g Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 Stk Lemon (juice)
- nach Bedarf Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the minced garlic to the oil and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- 4. Add the shrimp to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and the paprika powder.
- 5. Fry the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice.
