Instructions

1. Wash the peach, cut it in half, remove the pit, and dice the flesh.
2. Puree the pieces until they are slightly chunky.
3. Add the peach puree, gin, and cream to a shaker and shake well.
4. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
5. Pour the cocktail over the ice and drizzle with strawberry syrup.
6. Garnish with a strawberry and serve immediately.
