🍝 Penne alla Finocchietto (Creative Fennel Cream Pasta)

Ingredients
- 320 g Penne pasta
- 2 Stk Fennel bulb
- 3 Stk Garlic cloves
- 200 ml Sour cream (15% fat)
- 500 ml Chicken broth (powder)
- 40 g Parmesan
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fennel, remove the hard bottom end, and grate the whole bulb coarsely on a grater. Prepare the chicken broth according to package instructions.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté the grated fennel over medium heat for 8 minutes until soft.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the fennel. Sauté for 1 minute longer.
- 4. Pour the chicken broth and sour cream into the skillet. Stir and let the sauce simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- 5. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente. Lift the pasta directly into the sauce with tongs.
- 6. Mix the pasta thoroughly with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and pepper. Serve immediately.
