  1. 1. Crush the butter cookies finely in a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the cookies with the melted butter and press the mixture firmly into 4 small glasses or molds.
  3. 3. Place the gelatin in the cold water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Grate the zest of one lemon finely and squeeze the juice.
  5. 5. Heat the cream in a pot, dissolve the drained gelatin in it, and remove the pot from the heat.
  6. 6. Whisk the cream-gelatin mixture with the lemon juice, lemon zest, and powdered sugar.
  7. 7. Heat the chocolate with a spoonful of the warm cream until smooth, then mix it into the remaining lemon cream.
  8. 8. Pour the cream over the cookie bases.
  9. 9. Let the tartlets set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
