🌽 Creamy Corn Macaroni with Sage

Ingredients
- 320 g Macaroni pasta
- 200 g Corn (can)
- 60 g Butter
- 12 g Sage leaves (fresh)
- 40 g Parmesan (grated)
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. While the water boils, put the butter in a large pan. Add the sage leaves and fry them at medium heat until golden brown.
- 3. Add the drained corn to the pan with the butter and sage. Stir everything well.
- 4. Add the drained pasta directly to the pan. Mix it with the corn-butter sauce.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan and black pepper into the pasta.
- 6. Serve the dish immediately on warm plates.
