  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente (firm to the bite).
  2. 2. While the water boils, put the butter in a large pan. Add the sage leaves and fry them at medium heat until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add the drained corn to the pan with the butter and sage. Stir everything well.
  4. 4. Add the drained pasta directly to the pan. Mix it with the corn-butter sauce.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan and black pepper into the pasta.
  6. 6. Serve the dish immediately on warm plates.
