🍲 Creamy Chicken Rice Skillet with Spinach

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g Long-grain rice
- 600 ml Chicken broth
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice under cold water and put it into a large pot.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in the olive oil.
- 3. Cut the chicken into cubes and fry it with the rice and onion until golden brown.
- 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring everything to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat, cover the pot and let the rice simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the cream and add the spinach until it has wilted.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper and serve the dish warm.
