🍝 Quick Creamy Chicken Marinara

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 400 ml Passed tomatoes
- 100 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 40 g Parmesan
- 2 Stk Garlic cloves
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 10 g Basil (frozen or fresh)
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil water for pasta in a large pot. Add salt and cook spaghetti al dente.
- 2. Cut chicken into even strips. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry chicken for 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Press garlic and add to pan. Stir for 1 minute.
- 5. Pour passed tomatoes into the pan. Let sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6. Stir in cream and let sauce cook for 2 more minutes.
- 7. Add grated parmesan to sauce and stir until melted.
- 8. Add drained spaghetti to pan. Mix well and garnish with basil.
