  1. 1. Divide cauliflower into florets and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Melt butter in a pot, add flour and toast briefly.
  3. 3. Stir in milk and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Stir in cheese and nutmeg, remove from heat.
  5. 5. Place cauliflower in a baking dish and pour cheese sauce over it.
  6. 6. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
