🥗 Creamy Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients
- 300 g cauliflower
- 100 g cheese
- 200 ml milk
- 30 g flour
- 30 g butter
- 1 Prise nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Divide cauliflower into florets and cook for 10 minutes.
- 2. Melt butter in a pot, add flour and toast briefly.
- 3. Stir in milk and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
- 4. Stir in cheese and nutmeg, remove from heat.
- 5. Place cauliflower in a baking dish and pour cheese sauce over it.
- 6. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
