🍝 Buttery Penne with Tuna and Lemon

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne Pasta
- 60 g Butter
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Cloves of garlic
- 2 Dosen (à 150 g abgetropft) Tuna (in own juice)
- 1 Stück Lemon
- 1 Bund Fresh parsley
- nach Belieben Salt and black pepper
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and press the garlic.
- 3. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 4. Add the onions to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.
- 5. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 6. Add the drained tuna and gently mash it with a fork.
- 7. Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the sauce.
- 8. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it and season with salt and pepper.
- 9. Chop the parsley coarsely and fold it into the pasta.
- 10. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
