  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
  2. 2. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and press the garlic.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the onions to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.
  5. 5. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. 6. Add the drained tuna and gently mash it with a fork.
  7. 7. Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the sauce.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it and season with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Chop the parsley coarsely and fold it into the pasta.
  10. 10. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
