Ingredients
- 300g Broccoli
- 1 Potato
- 1 Onion
- 500ml Vegetable Broth
- 100ml Cream
- nach Geschmack Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a pot until soft.
- 2. Add broccoli and diced potato.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and cook for 20 minutes.
- 4. Blend until smooth with an immersion blender.
- 5. Stir in cream and season with black pepper.
