  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat. Grease a small baking dish with some butter.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cream, salt, and pepper until a smooth mixture is formed.
  3. 3. Cut the Brie into small cubes and gently fold them into the pumpkin mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
  5. 5. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil until fragrant. Coarsely crush them with rosemary and mix with the remaining butter.
  6. 6. Distribute the pumpkin seed-rosemary mixture evenly over the gratin.
  7. 7. Bake the gratin for 30 minutes in the oven until golden brown and the surface appears crispy.
