🎃 Pumpkin-Brie Gratin with Rosemary Pumpkin Seed Crust

Ingredients
- 400 g Pumpkin puree
- 150 g Brie cheese (40% fat)
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 Zweige Rosemary, fresh
- 50 g Pumpkin seeds
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat. Grease a small baking dish with some butter.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cream, salt, and pepper until a smooth mixture is formed.
- 3. Cut the Brie into small cubes and gently fold them into the pumpkin mixture.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
- 5. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil until fragrant. Coarsely crush them with rosemary and mix with the remaining butter.
- 6. Distribute the pumpkin seed-rosemary mixture evenly over the gratin.
- 7. Bake the gratin for 30 minutes in the oven until golden brown and the surface appears crispy.
