  1. 1. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
  3. 3. Fry the zucchini cubes in 15 ml olive oil in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. 4. Bring 500 ml water to a boil in a pot and dissolve 5 g salt.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat, add the couscous, stir and immediately cover. Wait 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Fluff the couscous with a fork.
  7. 7. Combine the couscous, zucchini, tomatoes and feta in a large bowl.
  8. 8. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over it, chop the basil roughly and mix everything with salt and pepper.
