  4. 4. Deglaze the mixture with spices and a bit of water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Place meat mixture in a baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes.
  6. 6. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until golden.
