🥗 Cottage Pie

Ingredients
- 300g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 Stangen celery
- 500g potatoes
- 50g butter
- 100ml milk
- zum Würzen salt
- zum Würzen pepper
- 1 TL thyme
Instructions
- 1. Peel, boil potatoes, and mash them with butter and milk.
- 2. Finely chop onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- 4. Deglaze the mixture with spices and a bit of water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Place meat mixture in a baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes.
- 6. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until golden.
