Ingredients
- 300g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Stange Celery
- 400g Potatoes
- 200ml Beef broth
- 50g butter
- 100ml Milk
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel, cook and mash potatoes.
- 2. Finely chop onion, carrot, and celery, and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- 4. Stir in beef broth, season, and transfer to a baking dish.
- 5. Spread mash on top and bake at 200°C until golden.
