🍝 Cottage Pasta al Forno

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne pasta
- 300 g Ground beef
- 100 g Onion (finely diced)
- 400 g Can chopped tomatoes
- 200 g Mozzarella (shredded)
- 5 g Basil (dried)
- 15 ml Cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente. Drain it.
- 2. Fry the onions in the oil in a pot until translucent. Add the ground meat and fry until crumbly and brown.
- 3. Stir in the tomatoes and dried basil. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper.
- 4. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Fill the mixture into a baking dish.
- 5. Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
