Ingredients
- 250g Cottage Cheese
- 2 EL Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana
- 1 TL Honey
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1. Cut banana into pieces and blend with cottage cheese.
- 2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- 3. Mix everything well.
- 4. Transfer to a bowl and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- 5. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
