Ingredients
- 250g wheat flour
- 150g beef
- 100g potatoes
- 50g carrots
- 1 onion
- 60g butter
- 50ml water
- 1tl salt
- 1tl pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, butter, water, and salt to form a dough.
- 2. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- 3. Dice the beef, potatoes, carrots, and onion, and season.
- 4. Roll out dough into circles, place filling on one side, fold over.
- 5. Seal edges well and pierce with a fork.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
