Ingredients
- 225g Flour
- 110g butter
- 50ml Water
- 150g Beef
- 100g Potato
- 50g Onion
- 1g Salt
- 1g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Knead flour and butter, incorporate water and chill for 30 minutes.
- 2. Cut beef, potatoes, and onions into small pieces.
- 3. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 4. Roll out dough, cut circles, fill with mixture and fold.
- 5. Place the pasties on a baking tray, bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
- 6. Let cool before serving.
