Ingredients
- 150 g Cornmeal
- 100 g All-purpose Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 EL Baking Powder
- 1 TL Salt
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 30 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. Mix milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
- 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
- 5. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
