Ingredients
- 400 Corn
- 1 Onion
- 250 Ground Beef
- 2 Olive Oil
- 100 Hard Cheese
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent, then add the ground beef and cook.
- 2. Puree the corn until a creamy consistency is reached.
- 3. Season the ground beef and place in a baking dish.
- 4. Spread the pureed corn evenly over the meat.
- 5. Top with grated cheese and beaten eggs.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
