🍗 Vinaigrette Chicken Rice Bowl with Green Beans

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 300 g Green beans
- 100 ml White wine
- 2 EL Mustard
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 1 Bund Fresh chives
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice and cook it in salted water al dente (still firm to the bite). Drain it.
- 2. Cut the chicken into evenly sized cubes. Fry them in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown.
- 3. Deglaze the meat with the white wine and let the liquid reduce almost completely.
- 4. Wash the green beans and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes.
- 5. Whisk the mustard, the juice of half the lemon, and 1 tbsp olive oil to make a vinaigrette (sauce).
- 6. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 7. Mix rice, chicken, and beans in a large bowl. Add the vinaigrette and chives and mix everything well.
