Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken thighs
- 250 ml Red wine
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
- 3. Add onion, carrots, and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Add red wine and thyme, bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Let simmer for 1 hour.
- 6. Turn off the heat and let the dish rest for 10 minutes.
