  1. 1. Wash the chicken and pat it dry. Cut it into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Cut the mushrooms into quarters and peel the garlic cloves. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown, then remove it from the pot.
  4. 4. Fry the mushrooms and garlic in the pan until soft. Pour the white wine over the ingredients.
  5. 5. Simmer the sauce until the liquid is reduced by half. Stir in the cream and mustard.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the pan and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until tender.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the parsley over the dish and serve hot.
