Ingredients
- 4 Stück chicken thighs
- 750 ml red wine
- 1 Stück onion
- 3 Stück garlic cloves
- 2 Stück carrots
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 Zweige thyme
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Sear chicken thighs in olive oil.
- 2. Add onion, garlic, and carrots and sauté.
- 3. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4. Deglaze with red wine and add herbs.
- 5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
