🍗 Confit Chicken with Garlic Rice

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken thighs (boneless, skin-on)
- 200 ml Chicken broth
- 150 g Long-grain rice
- 20 g Butter
- 4 Stk Garlic cloves
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 10 g Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice under cold water and cook it in salted water until al dente (approx. 10-12 minutes).
- 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- 3. Fry the chicken in the pan over medium heat in olive oil until golden brown on both sides (approx. 4 minutes per side).
- 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- 5. Roughly chop the garlic.
- 6. Pour the cooked rice into the still hot pan (without washing) and add the butter and garlic.
- 7. Chop the parsley finely and stir it into the rice.
- 8. Serve the chicken on top of the garlic rice.
