  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water and cook it in salted water until al dente (approx. 10-12 minutes).
  2. 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Fry the chicken in the pan over medium heat in olive oil until golden brown on both sides (approx. 4 minutes per side).
  4. 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. 5. Roughly chop the garlic.
  6. 6. Pour the cooked rice into the still hot pan (without washing) and add the butter and garlic.
  7. 7. Chop the parsley finely and stir it into the rice.
  8. 8. Serve the chicken on top of the garlic rice.
