🍫 Confetti Cannoli with Chocolate Rim

Ingredients
- 4 Stk Cannoli shells (ready-made)
- 150 g Mascarpone
- 30 g Powdered sugar
- 100 g Vanilla yogurt
- 40 g Dark chocolate chips (melted)
- 50 g White icing (ready)
- 3 Tropfen Food coloring (Red, Blue, Yellow)
Instructions
- 1. Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Divide the cream into three small bowls. Add a color to each bowl and stir.
- 3. Dip one end of each cannoli shell into the melted chocolate.
- 4. Let the chocolate harden on the shells (approx. 5 minutes).
- 5. Fill the colored cream into piping bags and fill the shells up to the chocolate rim.
- 6. Draw white lines over the cannoli with the icing.
- 7. Smooth the colorful filling slightly and serve immediately.
