  1. 1. Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Divide the cream into three small bowls. Add a color to each bowl and stir.
  3. 3. Dip one end of each cannoli shell into the melted chocolate.
  4. 4. Let the chocolate harden on the shells (approx. 5 minutes).
  5. 5. Fill the colored cream into piping bags and fill the shells up to the chocolate rim.
  6. 6. Draw white lines over the cannoli with the icing.
  7. 7. Smooth the colorful filling slightly and serve immediately.
