Ingredients
- 400g Potatoes
- 150g Green cabbage
- 2 Spring onions
- 100ml Milk
- 30g butter
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel, cube, and boil potatoes.
- 2. Finely chop green cabbage and spring onions.
- 3. Sauté cabbage and onions in butter for 5 minutes.
- 4. Drain and mash the cooked potatoes.
- 5. Add milk and sauté mixture to mashed potatoes, mix well.
- 6. Season with pepper and serve.
