Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Cabbage
- 100 ml Milk
- 30 g butter
- 2 Spring onions
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel potatoes and boil in salted water.
- 2. Slice cabbage finely and steam in a separate pot.
- 3. Drain potatoes and mash with milk and butter.
- 4. Mix steamed cabbage and chopped spring onions into the mash.
- 5. Season with salt.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
