Ingredients
- 300g Pork sausages
- 100g Bacon
- 300g Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 500ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Zweige Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Brown sausages and bacon in a pan.
- 2. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- 3. Peel and cube potatoes.
- 4. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and add broth.
- 5. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 60 minutes.
- 6. Season and serve warm.
