Ingredients
- 400 g Pork sausages
- 300 g Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 100 g Bacon
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 EL Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Fry sausages and bacon in a large pot.
- 2. Add onions to the pot and sauté briefly.
- 3. Peel and cube potatoes and add them.
- 4. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- 6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
